Love the atmosphere of this Seven Seas Restaurant!!! The moment you step inside, lobster aroma smacks you in the face. This is the place to come for lobster rolls! Ordered the Fried Calamari and a Double Lobster Roll. Our server said "I hope you're hungry"! She wasn't kidding 😂. It was a ton of food. The Fried Calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection! It could feed at least 4-5 people! The order of the Double Lobster Roll is deceiving. I thought it was just one roll with double lobster meat. Oh was I wrong! It's two lobster rolls with two sides. All the seafood tasted amazingly fresh and was delicious. All around fantastic food at Seven Seas Restaurant. When I travel back to the area, I will be stopping in again!

This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The reviews mentioned generous portions—and they weren’t exaggerating. I ordered the seafood platter paired with a Seahag IPA, and every bite hit the mark. The meal was both hearty and flavorful, leaving me more than satisfied. Our server, Rachel, was incredibly attentive and made the experience even better. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
I was worried when we got there as there were only a few at the bar and one other table. Service was great(big surprise) and the food was amazing. Scrod with crab was wonderful and the fried scallops were fantastic. Definitely a once to return to.

I haven't reviewed a restaurant in over a year now. Nothing has qualified, good or bad. Still a truck driver in the entertainment industry and have found myself in the quaint town of Milford, CT. I wanted fresh seafood and of course, New England Clam Chowder. Entered what looked like a dive bar but had good reviews. As I entered I felt welcomed and warm. Lauri, the bartender, sat me and asked for my drink order. Water. For an appetizer I ordered the Clam Chowder. It came out in a nice big bowl with oyster crackers. Creamy, flavorful and with clams in every spoonful. Delicious! For my entrée I ordered the fish and chips. Freshly caught Cod filets as big as my hand. 3 of them. With fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce. The Cod was lightly breaded and seasoned. No need for malt vinegar. Delicious, flaky white meat. Definitely not frozen. I'm not a big proponent of tartar sauce, but it looked as though it was made fresh. The coleslaw was fresh. A bit too much red onion. It kind of overpowered the rest of the slaw. Lauri was friendly and I never had to ask for anything extra. She stayed very conscious of not only myself, but the other guests in the restaurant. And all for a reasonable price. I spent about $45 to include the tip. I could see myself making this a regular spot if I lived here. Kudos to 7 Seas, Lauri and their cook!
We stopped here for lobsters rolls on a recent roadtrip. They were excellent! 👌 Generous portions and very well seasoned. The fries and coleslaw were delicious too. Super solid lobster rolls. Ordered chicken tenders and grilled cheese for the kids and those were really good too! We came again on our way back and will be making this a regular stop.
We stopped in at this place for the Lobster roll on our way to an oyster joint. The roll was huge and delicious! Crispy buttered roll and overflowing with Lobster! The bottom of the roll got a little soggy due to the butter but I ate it quickly enough that it didn't matter. The fries were unexpectedly fantastic! The slaw was pretty tasty too! We will be back!
They give you big portions! I had fried shrimp and my table mates had fish and chips, shrimp seven seas, and the lobster roll. All of the food was delicious!
Small in size but big on portions. HUGE fish and chips and a very tasty lobster roll. The seafood combination is enough for 2 people! Short wait on a busy night, worth it.
